Summerfields House

Summerfields House is a detached, large, secluded unique property surrounded by gardens on all sides, and in the heart of Hastings. We offer the convenience of being close to the sea front, transportation, shopping, and attractions. One of the only properties with direct access to Summerfields Woods nature reserve.

We offer free parking with electrically operated security gates.

Each room is well equipped, two with en-suite bathrooms, and another room with exclusive use large bathroom just a step across the hall.

The house has a breakfast/dining room along with a large conservatory.

Each room has its' own key.

PLEASE NOTE Summerfield's has a resident cat.

Summerfields House

Run by Fiona and Ian as the new owners since November 2021. We welcome you with open arms into our lovely home, a place you can come for peace and quiet without being miles from anywhere! Previous owners ran Summerfields house for over 21 years as a b&b, and lived here for over 50 years.
